What services will rise the price?

The price will rise based on multiple factors. If you require us to provide you with cleaning supplies, we will charge for those supplies. As for deep cleaning services, there are only some extra services we will charge extra for such as wall-washing, window cleaning and scurting board or blind dusting or washing.
How does this process work?

After browsing our website, you can contact us for a free quote, with an idea what service you would like from us. We will then discuss how big the property is to decide how many hours our cleaners will need to clean your space, how many cleaners you would like and how many days a week you would like them, if you are after deep cleaning all the above factors and the additional services will be considered to calculate a fair price.
What if I live outside Laindon, Billericay and Basildon?

Well this comes down to just how far away you live, if you live just outside of these areas we may be able to still offer you our services, if you live a little further out, we may charge a small add on for travel expenses
Do I qualify for a discount?

If you are after our residental cleaning services and are over the age of 60 or are disabled, proof through universal, DLA or PIP you are entitled to a discounted service price.
